How to pass multiple Select option low value on ITS service parameters in SICF Url ?

There is existing call for

* Creating URL for /SCWM/PACK

CONCATENATE 'http' '://' l_host ':' l_port '/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/?sap-client=&~transaction=*/scwm/pack pa_lgnum='

wd_assist->g_lgnum';pa_wrkst=' wd_assist->g_wrkstn';solgpla-low=' wd_assist->g_lgpla ';SOHUID-LOW=' l_huident' &DYNP_OKCODE=ONLI'INTO l_url.

currently only one Low value can be passed , but i need to pass multiple different item in SOHUID-LOW to get required output on webui , Please suggest bet way pass multiple inputs for select option - low values ?

Let me know if any other approach as well if there is any restriction /constraint in case of Tcode ULR parameter passing ?
