How to manually restart the SAP CPI DS Agent

Helo gurus,

The agent in SPI DS is down (marked red) for couple hours. How coud we restart it manualy?

Hi,

On Windows Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services -> right click SAP Data Services Agent -> Restart.

On Linux open a shell terminal -> move to $LINK_DIR -> run ./dsod_stop.sh -> use "ps -u<DS Agent user> -f" to check for and terminate any remaining processes related to the agent (KBA 2946515 in See Also section) -> run ./dsod_start.sh
