If you enable navigation (on by default), the app starts with the first page in your navigation.
If you disable navigation, there is a setting to specify which page to start on.
You could use the page mounted event on your first page and redirect to any other page, in the case where you want lets say page 3 to be the first page in the menu but then bring users to the Home Page to start. Not sure it wouldn't be better to create your own navigation menu.
