In the new User Management, how do I find out the set of user with a certain license, e.g. "list all user with an Enterprise Edition License"?
Thanks for your answer.
(a) We have a limited set of Enterprise licesens. Process improvement initiatives change. So, the set of active modellers changes as well. Therefore, we need to re-assign Enterprise licenses from time to time.
The best solution would be if Signavio would offer floating licenses, so that modellers can share licenses. Is this on the roadmap?
(b) Further, inactive modellers do not require a license. Is there a way to see the number of logins for a user?

(a) I agree with you. We have the same issue and it would be very helpful if Signavio would offer floating licenses.
So I would be interested as well if this is on the roadmap.
(b) We use the The user's inactivity report to track the last login of the user. However it doesn't show if the user was really active or just logged in. But at least you can identify some inactive persons. We just contacted our sales partner and had to confirm that it is ok with our data privacy. Because of privacy concerns it is generally deactivated.
Yes, it's clear. Thank you!

Hi everyone,
I had raised both requests in the product board and got in touch with one of our colleague from the product team to discuss about the same.
To answer all your above questions:
The request for this feature is forwarded to better the 'in-tool reporting for license assignment'. Currently, our trust center offers a 'Monthly Sensitive Customer Data Reports' for customers as a workaround where you can check this type of data. If you are interested to have this report, please let me know and I can request it for you.
Regarding the floating licenses, Signavio doesn't offer these nor are we planning to do this in the future. Every user needs to have a license.
I hope this was helpful for you!
Best

Hello,
Sorry, but in the above discussion I do not see one feature to be raised to product board, but two ones:
1) who to identify users assigned with a given license?
2) what about having floating licences?
Which one did you push?
Regards

Hello everyone,
Thanks for all your input. The discussions above have been very helpful to understand the need of this feature.
I was informed by one of my colleague from Support team about a similar request in the past and this may already be something our product team is aware of and may be working on.
TO ALL - Either ways, I have already added this idea as a feature request in our product board focusing mainly upon the discussions in this thread. I will keep you all posted regarding this topic as soon as I hear anything from our product team.
Cheers

Yes, absolutely this feature will be very helpful. I maintain a manual tracker for this, which is not ideal.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have this feature. However, we have added this as a feature request on our Product Board. For better understanding, could you please share with us in what use cases would this feature help you?
