How to implement the seamless transition of application in case of a takeover in System Replication

HI Team,

We have to setup HA for the HANA database. With HANA database HA setup, database will failover to secondary in case of any issues at the primary site. We need SAP help on how to achieve seamless transition of application from primary site to secondary site in case of HANA DB failover to secondary HA site. We are using logical host name of the db server host in SAP DEFAULT profile. In case of failover application will still point to primary site as SAP profiles will still be pointing to primary site for the database.

In case of a planned takeover, I would suggest that you perform a takeover with handshake.
