How to get table height grow till end of the footer if there is 1 line item also.

Hello Experts,

I am developing the adobe forms with a table, the user wants the table height till the end of the footer, Suppose the table has 1 line item or 10 line-item hight of the table should be the same, i.e. till the end of the table. please find the attached screenshot.
