How to get RSS feeds, SMS feature on SAP Netweaver portal

Hi All,

Does SAP Netweaver Portal has ability to send updates to targeted audiences through web publishing, email, RSS or SMS announcements as desired by recipient

If yes then please give some proper reference.

1) Web Publishing : Web Page composer

2) RSS : Integrate through URL iviews.

3)email : subscriptions/notiifcation on KM documents, notification configuration in UME for administrator, etc

4) SMS : You can integrate SMS provder webservice through custom application which would send SMS to desired recepeints
