How to get and install TDMS licenses for ECC, BI , CRM?

This question is related to the following link:

In above link, it's said that "TDMS BI & CRM needs to be licensed separately".

I've looked into SMP quick link->licensekey and found no license for TDMS.

So would you please kindly tell us

1) where to get the TDMS license?

2) how to install the license?

You will need to get in touch with the SAP CEM or the account manager in your area to get the license.

After getting the license, should I go to the txn saplicense on sender , receiver and central system in turn to apply the license?

Refer to the installation and security guide for detailed information on installing, configuring and applying license to the TDMS on the systems in the landscape.

The 'license' is in this case a piece of paper and the permission to access the software and the patches in the SMP, there's nothing to install separately.

On SMP, only master guide and operation guide can be found.

Both guides have no coverage on TDMS license.

OSS notes also have no topics about this.

Would you please help further?

P.S. I find TDMS security guide but no license install mentioned.
