How to format the Work book?

hi experts,

i saved my query in a work book, now i want to format that workbook, i want result area and characteristics (which are in freecharacteristics) should display in a table mode, remaining sheet will be in white color (background).

what i haveto do for this,

please help to do this,

good answer will be appreciated with points,

Hi venkata saikrishna,

For white color background: Select Tools from menu bar and selec options, In View tab, in windows options -> deselect Gridlines and press Ok.

Now select your free characteristics and result area, and click on "Borders" in formatting tool bar. This will display the free charactersistics and result area in a table mode.

Now, Save the workbook.
