Hi,
I made a query in one client and want the same query in another one. Can anyone suggest me how can i fetch it from another client without making that query manually.
Thankx and Regards,
Roma
Hello Roma ,
I hope in this situation the best way is Report to Report Interface .
Use the transaction RSBBS in New client and just create a one dummy query and jump to exisiting systems query .
You can find SDN or Help file about RRI interface .
Hope this helps .

i think you should move this question to the administrator forum. you want to transport objects from one system to another without the systems having a connection. the fact that in the request there are query components is not relevant.
i don't think you can 'download' and 'upload' the query definition from eg the designer...

Hi,
You can collect the Query in a transport request and move it to target system.
1. Goto RSA1
2. In RSA1, goto Transport Connection
3. In Transport Connection, under Object Types, search for Query Elements
4. Under Query Elements, goto Query
5. Do Select Object, under query
6. Find your query and do a transfer
7. Select (do a check) the Query and elements also any dependent objects (like cube or multiprovider over which query is built and not transported to target system).
8. Click on Transport Objects (Truck) and create a transport request.
9. Goto T-code SE10 find the request
10. Do a right click and release the request.
11. Then goto T-code ZGTT, give the request no, target sytem, client, etc
12. Execute and process request.
13. Finally check in the target system if the transport is successful.
Hope it helps.
