How to extend the P1 support of SAP Data Services 4.2 SP14 P18

What is Mainstream Support and Priority1 Support  for SAP Data Services?

Since we are reaching end of support for SAP DS 4.2 SP14 PATCH18 by the end of December 2024, can we buy extended Priority 1 support for SAP DS 4.2 SP14 PATCH18? 
or do we need to upgrade to the latest version?
