how to expose FM - different between Enterprise Service and SEGW

hello everyone, I need to expose a FM on sap so that it can be called from app SAP Fiori.

what is the difference between using the "Enterprise Service" method and using the SEGW transaction?

SEGW is OData. Enterprise Service is SOAP. The big trend is to use OData.

Or if I do SOAP it can't be called from App Fiori?
