Dear Customer, 

As specified in the wiki : https://help.sap.com/docs/SUPPORT_CONTENT/sm/3518047382.html?locale=en-US > You will first need to assign Transaction Types to Catalog Categories

Using the Customizing activity Assign Transaction Types to Catalog Categories, you have to map a transaction type to a catalog category. This is required for the direct assignment of categorization schemas to transaction types.

Once this is done, you will need to create a categorization schema and Assign the Transaction type in the Application Area
