How to delete or archive 'SWW_PROPERTIES' table data in SAP EhP5 SP15.

After SAP EhP5 SP15 upgrade, 'SWW_PROPERTIES' table was created.

I cannot find how to delete 'SWW_PROPERTIES' table data.

Question :

- Is there a way to delete or archive 'SWW_PROPERTIES' table data?

- If not, is there any impact to the business process when I delete the data?

Table SWW_PROPERTIES is used to save attributes of a workflow instance and was introduced with SAP note 2050122.

To reduce the table size, it is necessary to

1. archive the obsolete work items from the system. Once the workflow is archived, the corresponding table entries from SWW_PROPERTIES will be deleted too, with job SWWCLEAR/SAP_WORKFLOW_REORG*. See SAP note 2969714 - Table SWW_PROPERTIES is not reorganized
2. Delete the orphaned entries from table SWW_PROPERTIES by report RSWWWIDE_DEP. This report deletes entries from the workflow runtime tables if the work items no longer exist in workflow runtime header table SWWWIHEAD. See SAP Note 2750375 - RSWWWIDE_DEP: table SWW_PROPERTIES can't be selected
