Is there a way I can copy an existing portal user profile to a new one and retain all access, etc? We have a lot of id changes and need to be able to copy the existing access to the new id.

Go to User Management - > Identity Management and then select the user that you would want to replicate.
You can click on "Export" button, and then copy the data you find on the next screen onto a text file. You can then create more users by changing the userid but you can retain the roles, groups assigned to that user. You can then import the text file and the additional users would be created in the UME.
This is a good way for creating more number of users with the same profile.
This link points to what i have described above.

This gives the fields for the import user data.

Another way is to use the "Copy to New User" button, that would create a new user with the same roles, groups.

This would work but I don't want to export the entire db only the id I want to copy.
