Hi,
can someone tell me how to change the NetWeaver logon Image that I get wenn I log on to the Portal or useradmin of the J2EE Engine?
I know that the file name of the Image is branding-image.jpg.
Thanks in advance and kindly regards,
Dominik
Hi Dominik
Read http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/23/c0e240beb0702ae10000000a155106/frameset.htm for the dteails how to do this.
I'm assuming you're using NW04

Hi. I do not know if anyone is watching this post, since it is very old but I will give it a try.
I want to change the logon screen picture in the Portal.
Using the references provided in the previous posts I changed everything, but there is a problem when I need to do one of the last steps described in the help:
In the authschemes.xml file, replace all occurrences of the string u201Ccom.sap.portal.runtime.logonu201D with u201Cmy.new.logonu201D in the tags <frontendtarget> and save the file.
The catch is that in that xml file there is no com.sap.portal.runtime.logon but only
com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.certlogon
com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.header
and
com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.basicauthentication
Can someone please tell me what should I do in that case?
Thank you,
Igor

Hi Dominik,
You can use a UME parameter call ume.logon.branding_image to point at any image you want. See here:
