How to change Prompt option in queries with script

Hello ,

I have queries with prompts in many webi documents.

Some prompts have option in query, like 'default value enable'

I would like to change prompt option in query, 'default value is enable' to 'default value is disable' in multiple webi document at the same time with a jsp scrip for exemple.

How can i do that

I'm using BI4.2 sp04.

I had issues with documents that embed this option, when I used the WebiChangeSource.jar tool to mass modify the associated universe.

My idea was to get rid of this option (which was identified as the problem) before starting the work of the tool.

In fine, i think i will try Bo B4.2 SP05 with the new BIAdmincontrol wich allow to change the webi's univeres

Which version of BOBJ are you running?

If you're on 4.x, you'll have to use the Webi RESTful Web Services SDK to do this, but I'm not absolutely certain you can modify this particular property of a parameter. Have a look at section 6.5 of the SAP BusinessObjects RESTful Web Service SDK User Guide for Web Intelligence and the BI Semantic Layer that you can get at http://help.sap.com/bobip. Be sure to change the version in the top right to get the documentation for the version you're using.
