Hi all,

Anybody knows how to assign multiple activity drivers (in particular order) in Cost Object Assignment in PCM ?

Every time I select activity drivers in the invisible dropdown, it only overwrites the "First" driver. How do I add a "Second" one ?

Thanks !

Hi Humayun

In the Cost Object Assignment screen, the far right field allows you set the order of multiple drivers. To do this you need to highlight the Cost Object dimension you wish to pass the cost to first and select the driver from the invisible pull down (this will put it under the "First" header). It sounds like you have already done this step.

Then highlight the Cost Object dimension to be passed to second, select the second driver (again from the invisible pull down but on an equal "row" -cursor is next to the second cost object- and this will set the second path under the header "Second".

I suspect you might be trying to set the second driver using the first driver pull down, which will just overwrite the first one.

I hope that helps - it's not easy to explain without screenshots.
