Hi Kiran,
Try to access notes as suggessted in earlier replies such as by going on this link and enter your Service Marketplace ID/Password.

You will get a homepage where in upper right hand corner you can enter the notes number and it will search for the specified link.
If the error continues as you said that you are not able to access it only from last 4 days then you can contact SAP on sdn@sap.com for any assistance.

Hi Kiran,
Type the URL service.sap.com in browser. You will get a page in which you will have a link "<b>SAP Notes Search</b>" under Quick Links below SAP SUPPORT PORTAL link.
On clicking the notes search link, you need to enter your OSS ID and Password.
You'll get the SAP Notes Search screen where you can enter your note number and view the notes..
