How much time does an S4 upgrade generally take?

Let us say I am moving from S4 Hana 1909 to S4 Hana 2023. How much time will the Standard, Downtime Optimized process and nZDT take respectively? It depends on Database size  and hardware resources but let us say I have a DB of around 3 TB and optimum hardware resources available.

hello, the downtime depends on the updated packages, your host performance, etc. but it is not dependend on your db size. you need to check the needed downtime at your dev system (UPGANA runtime overview). after that you can decide if you need to shorten downtime for further systems like with nzdt. br
