How many CPU threads does my linux server CPU threads for hana tuning?

hello guys

im tuning hana datanase with 2600030 - Parameter Recommendations in SAP HANA Environments .

it says

global.ini -> [persistence] -> max_gc_parallelity of recommendations is MIN(50 % of CPU threads, 72).

I think my server has 16 cpu threads so should set parameter on 8. its right?
