OPAL is now called VAD - Value Accelerator Delivery .

From a VAD perspective we are utilizing APQC codes at one of the levels (Business Activity) in the Reference Business Architecture (RBA) . There are cases where we don't have a code an in this instance we might not have found an exact match, or maybe defined our own Business Activity naming. apqc-code-example-in-lead-to-cash.jpg .

Hi Shreenith,

you can import the APQC xls file to create folders, value chains and processes within signavio and use it as template. Therefore the APQC import feature has to be activated by your support colleagues.

  • It would be great if the APQC PCF was pre-loaded as folders and also custom attributes configured to point to the process location in the inventory. It is a pain doing that manually to set up our inventory. Will take that as feedback to our Product Management.

Hi Martin,

There is an import feature available to import the APQC framework using the xls file. Just open a support ticket therefore.
