how install remaining components

Dear all

I have install a quality server

but following componetes find out

But in production server following compontes present

how can i install a remining components .Please guide

HI,

that's all are support package,

prerequisities : all required support package are downloaded from service.sap.com

first apply SPAM/SAINT support package.

since the required support package are already applied in your PRD server , just copy content of folloiwng folder form PRD server to QA server ( same folder)

/usr/sap/trans/eps/in

now login into client 000 of QA server and apply support package using tcode - SPAM

while applying SP using it ask to read relavant SAP note, read it
