But, how can fill the sold to party too? Only appear the reported by.

Really sorry for the delay, I was using another OSS user to connect 😞
The only "Real" information on the email is the sender address, with this information, we are able to identify the right BP of the "Reporter",
if you want, you can create an access sequence to define the Sold-To automatically based on the "Reporter" organization Unit,
In CRM, you can use the email content to automatic define the right category and with this maybe the Sold-To-Party too, the content analysis do the fetching with the right category based on the word in the email, then you can use the Rule Policies to specify the rules.
