How do I save a SAP crystal report to the CMC (central management server)

I've not a clue how to start using the CMC server to produce my report and make it public.

I've been able to build my universe in SAP Information Design tool. Help teach us what is next.

Check with your BOE Administrator, you need permissions to save to the BOE/CRS server.

Get him/her to create a Report Folder for you and grant full permissions.

Exporting the report is to a local folder.

Here is the File menu. There is a Save As and an Export menu.

So while connected to the Management server I do get a different way of saving.

However it results in an error whatever I do. Lets assume it works (I'll contact SAP support about it) What happens next? where is the live report viewed?

Have we got the wrong product for what we want to do?

It's been a while since I've worked in Crystal for Enterprise (and I currently don't have it installed...) as I prefer "classic" Crystal. However, if you go to File >> Save As. What options are available for you? Is there a "Publish" option on the File menu?

Unfortunately I don't the same SAP product as in the video.

I need to know how to save them from the design we've made in SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise. As you can see I've connected it to the CMC server. Assume that after connecting the live data model is connected. If you can advise or recommend a better product from SAP please do.

thanks John
