How can sorted dataset in Xcelsius

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to get dataset in ascending order. Need a dynamic way to find it out at run time.

Help will be appreciated and suitable points will be awarded.

Hi,

sorting can be done at run time with the help of the standard component property available. After preview just click on the header to get it sorted.

Is there a way by which we can find the top or bottom entries. We need to show them on pie chart.

Try to use Excel function like MAX , LARGE or RANK. Any one of them will work( like with MAX we need to use INDEX and MATCH function to do the job)

There are many articles on this. There are quite a few ways to achieve this requirement.

Below link gives a scenario based explanation to find top 5 entries (dynamically). You can do the tricking according to your requirements.
