How Can i See this file "global.srvc"

I have problem with of ITS connection.

Where I find this file "global.srv" because, It is contained information about ITS parameters.

You can find it into ITS folder installation:

<program folder>\its\<istance name>\services

Which is the root exactly? this file is the disk c of the computer where is WAS 6.4 installed?

Where is the program folder? SAP or BW?

If you use ITS integrated into WAS (ITS 6.40) you can manage service file with transaction SICF; if your ITS is installed on a separate machine (ITS <= 6.20) try to find the file "global.srvc" on the file system of server.

Hi Dayana,

since the ITS is integrated in the Web Application Server there is no global service file anymore. For TIS <=6.20 there was a global.srvc file which contained parameters for each service and a <servicename>.srvc file for each service which contained the service specific parameters. From 6.40 on you have to state all parameters in transaction SICF for each service you want to provide. There is no such hierarchical structure anymore.
