Can someone direct me where I can purchase a support ticket/incident to get a developer support on a Crystal/.Net bug? This is for the 2011 .Net runtime engine for Crystal Reports (SP5).
As a side note, the live chat folks know nothing about purchasing support tickets. I have a pretty ridiculous chat log to show you if you want to see how bad it is.
