How can I get Screen Personas to function in the business client like it does in the gui?

I've developed a few Persona Screens using the GUI, and everything functions as intended there. When I open the flavors using the business client, the fields are moved, and some functions are unavailable. 

What can be done to get the flavors functional in the business client like they are in the GUI?

Did you test with SAP GUI and Business Client both fully updated, with their latest available release and patch level?

If yes, then as long as the theme used in your SAP GUI is the same as in the Business Client, the flavors should work the same. If they do not, that seems to be a problem related to the Business Client, and I suggest opening a support incident for component BC-FES-BUS.
