I need to fetch all the users assigned to an organization Unit?

Check out FM: SWI_GET_USERS_OF_ORG_UNIT .

Run the report RHXSBES0 or check out the table HRP1001.

Check transaction PPSS and search for a useful evalutaion path (I don't know what relations are used to assign users to an organizational unit.)

Youn then either use that transaction to retrieve the data, or you can use programm RHSTRU00.
