How can I display line items in the SAP BTP Build Process Automation (Workflow mgmt)

Hello experts,

I would like to get PR header and item data and display it on the workflow mgmt.service to execute approval process. Is it possible to display the line items on the screen?

Also, I will be using oData to fetch the values from the backend. I will create backend service to expose the oData. Is this a right approach?

Hello Prasad,

Collections are not yet possible in SAP Build Process Automation. It is in roadmap for Q1 2023. Then you will be able to have collections in process and use these collections like line items in other artefacts like Forms in your process. In old Workflow Management, this is already possible where you can see line items via custom UI5 applications.

neeraj.jain16 Thanks again. I have modified my subject line. I am specifically looking for form development in SAP Build Process Automation where I can configure line items and display it on the form for approval.
