How can I determine, which (logical) CPUs are used by dbsrv16

One of our clients is experiencing performences problems. Their system administrator claims that the engine is not using all available cores, which we could neither verify nor prove wrong. I'm looking for a method to show the actual cores used bei the engine, in this case dbsrv16.exe.

Any ideas?
