how to solve this problem?
this is my timestamp format in my csv file

Not sure of what you are trying to do but the format you show from file is timestamp. You would need this column to be mapped to a timestamp type dimension of your model. Unless you have a timestamp type dimension in your model you cannot load the timestamp information column. Check your model if you have a timestamp type dimension and if not add to it. Date dimension is not same as timestamp as it does not contain the time part in it. You cannot change a date dimension to timestamp.
