Hello experts! is there limitations in public cloud to get automatic usage decision working in QM.

Working in public loud project, there are master data set for GR for PO, sampling schemes and MIC's created. Also Dynamic modification is created for automatic usage decision after successfully recorded results. Still no automatic after recorded results. When adding modification rule to material master same issue. When adding modification rule to task list same result. Please advise how to proceed with this.

Hi,

There is no relation between the Dynamic Modification Rule and automatic Usage Decisions.

In case the material is set to allow automatic Usage Decisions it would be possible to trigger workflow to take the automatic Usage Decisions, but it is also possible to schedule a job that takes the automatic Usage Decisions for 'SKIP lots and lot where all MIC have the completion status (5).

Programs to schedule:

- inspection type 01/04, (transaction QA10): program: RQEVAI30

- inspection type 03, (transaction QA40): program: RQEVAI50
