HCPMS launch service results in 503 service not available & XCSRF Token is not available

Dear Experts,

I have followed these activation steps(link) for enabling SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services.

However the destination configuration step results in 503 error during connectivity check due to which the service is not launched.

Below is an outline of what i have done.

1. Verified in Services that the Mobile Services, users is enabled by default .
2. The destinations HMAdminJaxrs & HMAdminHandlers were already available and the connection check was successful (img1.png).
3. I updated the link to the destinations in step2 by including my S-User. Once this was done i get 503 error when connection check is done (img2.png and img3.png).
4. I have added the Administrator role for my S-user as per the document by getting into Mobile Services, users -> Configure Mobile Services -> Roles.
5. As the S-User could not be updated in the destinations in step2, i get a 503 error and a message "XCSRF Token is not available, further create, update, delete operation will fail" followed by a blank screen when i try to launch the service (img4.png).

Kindly advice what i am missing here.

Hello Shankar,

You may have already seen from the link you were following that process for enabling Mobile Services in Cloud platform has been fully automated. You dont need to follow step#2 (as per your initial post) onward.

I would suggest you to have a look at this tutorial once https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/fiori-ios-hcpms-setup.html and let me know if you still face any issue.
