Having difficulties creating a user in HANA Studio

In step 1, I am instructed to create the TPCH User, but if I click on Security, there is nothing underneath it.

So all I see is just an open Security folder.

Check for updates says there are no new updates.

I didnt get what you mean with "tried to edit it to say just saw an open Security folder"

Sorry there are 3 revisions to my original question. I didnt get what you mean with "tried to edit it to say just saw an open Security folder" -> Don't worry about that. I was trying to edit my question to say that I just saw an open security folder. Like a folder with no subfolder.

I deleted the message so it doesn't cause confusion.

There is no error message at all.

In the first image of Step 1: Create the TPCH User, it tells you to click on the Security Folder and you should see Users and Roles but it doesn't. I don't see anything under the Security folder. I can't complete the tutorial if I can't create a user.
