Hi Bhargava,

For Hardware and software requirements you can also check PAM Guide.

There is separate page for Hardware and software as per OS.

Hi Bhargava,

You need to refer SAP Business Objects Sizing guide as shared by Vamshidhar, also need to understand other areas.

  • How many Active Session in Production landscape?
  • Services tuning as per best practices, in your case below services needs to be tuned

(a) CMS

(b) Adaptive Job Server

(c) Crystal Report Processing Server

(d) Crystal Report Cache Server

(e) Report Application server

Also please check below configuration status

(a) Audit

(b) Platform Search

(c) Log Level setting by default it was Unspecified or Low

(d) Instance Limit

Note:- All above points are applicable only once your SAPS value is already decided, for SAPS value please refer sizing guide.

I hope this will help!!!!
