Hello Team,
We are performing HANA cloning of the system database from one server to another.
We have copied the /hana/shared installation directory from one server to another.
Is it possible to create the HANA system database manually on the target host ??

Hello Vamshi
Its not recommanded and supported by SAP , You will not get support from SAP in future ,
Go Ahead with System Copy,
Thanks

It is possible, but I wouldn't recommend it and I'm pretty sure that's not supported.
Why can't you just install HANA system using same settings?

Thanks for the update but we want to perform the cloning without doing the installation of the database but just copy the installation software and then run commands manually to adapt the software and create the systemdb.
This is possible in oracle but i was not sure how it can be done in HANA ??
