GUI F4 help amodal

Hello SAP,

when calling the F4 help in control view (amodal), we cannot mark lines and rows in the resulting list (Ctrl Y, Ctrl C).

Thank for you for reaching out to SAP Community.

The reason for the behavior you described is outlined in the KBA 1898861 - "Search Help displays incorrect layout".

Dialog (modal) will return an ABAP list and Control (amodal) will return an ALV. Thus, the two display will provide different interfaces.
