GRC IDM integration issue.

Hi experts,

While running AC 10.0 - Initial load - Commons job, we are getting the below error:

" [LDAP: error code 1 - (GRC Lookup Service:1:Exception in GRC WS API call:Could not send Message.)];

Could you please help us in resolving the issue.

Can you check, that all the required web services are activated on AC side and test them?

All the GRC services are activated from GRC end.

Do we have to test the services through XML templates?

Cannot be wrong to test the service.

Additionally: Do you get any useful log info from AC site when calling the web service?
