Hi Team

Can we connect GRC 12.0 with S4HANA RISE (Private Cloud or Public Cloud) without IAG or IAG Bridge.

Also, please advise if there exist a blog or Snote that describes.

Regards

NG

Hi NG,

first of all, in SAP terminology, RISE with SAP corresponds to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud only. The public cloud counterpart is commercially known as GROW with SAP, and corresponds to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud only.

Technically, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud is not different from SAP S/4HANA on premise. You also see your S/4HANA private cloud instances as if they were in your own company network. Therefore, you can integrate GRC 12.0 by implementing and configuring GRC plugins, the same way that you are probably already familiar with.

Concerning SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, instead, the only standard scenario to integrate GRC 12.0 with S/4HANA Public Cloud includes IAG in bridge configuration (either standard or integration edition).
As already stated by other colleagues, any other scenario is considered "custom" and must be evaluated and implemented in the implementation project phase.

Hope it helps

Hi asyadav, please create a different question for this topic including some details on customer landscape. Concisely, VIRSA is now part of SAP GRC Access Control. Depending on the customer situation, and on the different releases of software components, different scenarios are possible.
