Getting Statistics from BW

Hi All,

I need to know the usage statistics of Bex reports on a weekly basis.

We have many Business objects WEBi reports developed on top of BEx queries.

Is it possible to fetch the report usage data based on RSDDSTAT_OLAP table from BW.

Also, my need is to create a BO report on top of this view and then schedule it on need basis.

Could someone throw a light on this as to how to get the statistics on to WEBI.

BW Version. 7.4

BO Version 4.1

Thanks,

Harsha

Hello,

This page will help you to find out:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/e8/89c6c8ce594faba99a917fe2e3db90/content.htm

It seems the information are extracted to multiprovider named 0TCT_MC01, 0TCT_MC02, 0TCT_MC03.

Check if these multiproviders has data inside. Then, search for the queries based on these MPs.

One of these queries could be the query that you are looking for.

Also, if the data is in one of this MPs, you can also create a query over the infoprovider, with Query Desginer.

Best Regards

Edward John

Is it possible to connect those views into IDT using relational connection with SAP JCo driver and then do a BO reporting on it?

These statistics can be extracted into a whole Business Content model around usage statistics (cubes & queries starting with 0TCT*).

You can then use these queries as a source for a Webi report like you would do with any BEx query

Henry,

The doc you specified has details to run on BW system.

My query is how do you connect RSDDSTAT_OLAP table to WEBI?

Thanks,

Harsha
