Are you getting any error or blank screen. If error check the default trace and post it here.

Thanks

Hello Lakshmi,

thanks for reply.

I'm getting page not found, i've asked my net work people about this.

Rightnow i'm not able to say whether it is error or not, If it is error how to check default trace, where that file locates. give comple path

Thanks in Advance

The trace files are located at

\usr\sap\<SID>\JC<InstNo>\j2ee\cluster\server<n>\log

Perform the following tests and see the results to make sure the reports are running fine in backend

1. Run the report directly from the backend by using query designer.

if it gives some report error there then you need to check with your BI team.

Thanks

Hello Lakshmi,

As u said how to run the report directly from the backend by using query designer.we r using ORACLE as backend server.

I'm not aware of executing reports in ORACLE.

From where should i run (BI os-level ORACLE or Portal Os-level ORACLE).

Pls Guide me, how to do.

Thanks in Advance
