Hi Ankit,

Issue is related to drivers, could you please check in drivers tab it was properly installed or not, Please refer below image for your reference

If installation is proper please create ODBC and try to refresh report again from Info view

Note:- Please validate it for 32 and 64 bit both.

Also refer below SCN thread for your reference.

Hi Daya

thanks For Your reply ! My Access db file is on shared directory , When I put DSN from  local file then its working file for Rich Client and Infoview .

But When I given shared directory path then its showing error.

Hi Ankit,

Please do below steps.

- While creating ODBC select the network path and mapped the Access DB file

- In shared path check rights & security privileges also.

Please share the screenshot of shared path and its permissions

Thanks,

Daya

Hi Daya

I have already follow that process which you had mention in point no1 .

Please find below screen for permission on shared path .

The account(domain account) which is running the SIA should have access to the file and file location.

I assume you created it as a 32 bit DSN.

There was an old issue that occured in XI R2 that threw the same type of error.

For the ODBC DSN, what driver did you use?

Try using "Driver do Microsoft Access (*.mdb) instead of the "Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)

and see what happens.

Hi amit

I had created same server on BO server and in my local machine but no luck.

The Access DB .mdb file at shared directory , I have access rights of that directory.

this is your MDB file then why not copy in BO server location from shared area and try.

Hi Amit

I can't copy that MDB on BO server as , Its client shared directory ..I had mapped drive on BO server and design DSN using network drive option .
