I need to create a datasource based on "LIS S076", I have tried to generate it from LBW0 but when i executed "Show Details" shows "The information structure cannot be used for SAP BW"
Which are the correct steps in order to use it?

You can use the MC21 transaction to copy it. There is a useful thread on the process;

You could copy this InfoStructure to a customer name space (S500' - 'S999) and then connect it to BW.
