FTP Channel logs in NWA

Hi Users,

We are getting below error for the Sender FTP channels in our NWA logs.

Our environment: SAP PO 7.5

Error during disconnect from ftp server Host Name, ignored :java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Writefailed)#

Polling is set to 300 seconds and evry 300 seconds, we see this errors visible in Nwa logs.

Note: These logs are not visible on persisted logs or Memory logs on Sever nodes on Communication Channels

Hi is this a plain FTP connection or a secure connection - FTPS/SFTP? Do you have the connection set to permanent?

Do you have the connection permanently open?

Have you asked the operator of the FTP server to check their logs or provide a copy? There may be some additional information that could shed light on this
