Formula Pricing And Average interface

I'm working on an interface to send formulas (populating data in transaction O3I9 in IS-OIL) from an external application into SAP ECC6. I would like to use web services - does anyone know of a standard BAPI that would do this?

go to the transaction se37 and search for BAPI* .....dont restrict the number of selections. U can find number of bapi's and searching thru that u will find it. will keep u posted on the same

A similar BAPI which uploads forecast into SNP planning area is 'BAPI_PIRSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI' and
