Formula and Function issue

Hello everybody,

I have the following formula for a grouping:

If {Befehl.Zuweisungen} = 1 then

'a) Tickets, die einmal vom Service Desk zugewiesen worden sind'

Else If {Befehl.Zuweisungen} = 2 then

'b ) Tickets, die zweimal vom Service Desk zugewiesen worden sind'

Else If {Befehl.Zuweisungen} = 3 then

'c) Tickets, die dreimal vom Service Desk zugewiesen worden sind'

Else If {Befehl.Zuweisungen} = 4 then

'd) Tickets, die viermal vom Service Desk zugewiesen worden sind'

Else If {Befehl.Zuweisungen} > 4 then

'e) Tickets, die mehr als viermal vom Service Desk zugewiesen worden sind'

1) I have values with < 1. How can I suppress them, so they won´t be displayed in the template and they won´t be summarized?

2) I want to insert the actual period (month, 2 months etc.) which the report is about in the title of the report. How can I do it?

3) Can I copy, rename ( save as ...) a report and change the sql-statement in the copy?

Thank you for your help and input.

Hi Eberhard,

You can use the Record Selection formula (Report > Selection formulas > Record) to get of values < 1. The formula would look something like this:

{table.field} >= 1

For questions 2 and 3, could you provide more info please (I would suggest that you create a new thread for each of those questions).
