Hello All,

I have a requirement in Crystal reports in which it should highlight the particluar cell based on the value present in the call.

For Eg :

A cell has value of 100% then the entire cell should be highlited and if any another cell contains 50% then it should highlight half of the cell with the colour.

Basically, The cell should dynamically gets highlited based on the % value present in the report.

Could you please provide me some ideas on how to achieve this in the Crystal Reports.

Thanks

Hi,

See this:

Based on the percentage the cell value color or background color changes.

Thanks for your reply.

The report in which we want to highlight the cell dynamically is normal report not the cross tab. Is there any way to achieve this in normal tabular report. Please advice.

Yes, with 'Text Objects' and dynamic formulas in the 'size and position' formula of the text object.

Hi,

If this is the possible scenario cell has value of 100% then the entire cell should be Highlighting and if any another cell contains 50% then it should highlighted with the different background colour or cell value color.

Right click on cell -> Click on Hightlighting Expert > Create new Condition...see example:

Thanks,
