Good day everyone,

Is there a way to customize the attached graph so we can eliminate the space in the red arrow and abreviate the numbers in the scale pointed with the black arrow  in a way that instead of display 130,000,000 it could show 130M so it means 130 Millions.?

Thanks in advance.

Hi ,

You can do following steps:

1) Create a variable : Amount = [Amount]/6 (Which converts amount into millions)

2) Now while creating graph use variable Amount in stead of actual Amount, which will present values in Millions.

3) In the graph or outside, you Can add text box stating that All the values are in Millions.

SB

THanks all for your help,  it seems there is no standard solution for my question.  But your advice will help to make a kinda workaround.

Hi Emerson,

On the formatting of the numbers, right mouse click on your graph and select Assign Data. For each of your Measures (2014 & 2015) select Format Number and select Edit Formula.  To show a scaling of Millions you would divide your measure by 1,000,000

As for closing the gap on the chart from where the first point is plotted, you wont be able to start that on the axis as you suggested.

Regards
